Commissions: A 50% deposit is required to begin work (unless otherwise agreed). The remaining balance is due upon completion. Deposits are non-refundable once work has begun. Estimated timelines are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. If CJBArt is unable to complete a commission, a full refund of any payments made will be issued.
Nature of Purchase: Unless a listing explicitly states "Original Piece," all artwork purchases are museum-grade archival giclée prints, printed to order and signed by the artist. Standard and Limited Edition prints are produced on Bockingford fine art paper; Special Edition prints are produced on Hahnemühle museum etching paper. Additional presentation and authentication details for Special Edition and Limited Edition prints are described on the product page.
Prints: All prints — including limited and special editions — are eligible for return within 14 days of delivery, provided they are undamaged and in their original packaging. To initiate a return, email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect, in which case CJBArt will cover the cost. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
Original Artwork — UK Mainland: Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Please email [email protected] with your order number to arrange a return. CJBArt will organise collection at no cost to you, provided the piece is in its original condition.
Original Artwork — Overseas: Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, however the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs and must ensure the piece is adequately insured for its full value during transit. CJBArt accepts no liability for damage incurred during the return journey. Please email [email protected] with your order number before arranging any return.
